Drew specializes in providing expert guidance to employers in navigating the complex landscape of federal and state employment laws. With a keen understanding of regulatory requirements, Drew assists clients in achieving compliance and implementing effective policies to prevent liability in the workplace. Additionally, Drew assists clients in negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring their best interests are protected.
Prior to joining KB&A, Drew worked as an attorney at the Employers Council where he assisted clients in their compliance with employment laws. He later served as lead in-house counsel for a software company. His in-house experience, and expertise in employment law, allow him to assist his clients in meeting their HR and business needs in a compliant manner. During law school at Pepperdine University School of Law, Drew also obtained a Master of Dispute Resolution and is dedicated to helping clients prevent disputes before they occur and escalate.
Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife, reading, and trying to learn Jiu Jitsu.
