Sarah Kim

Sarah is an associate in the firm’s corporate group, where she assists clients in matters relating to corporate formation, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

During law school, Sarah externed at the Securities Exchange Commission and was a corporate extern at Cooley LLP. Sarah attended undergrad at Cornell University where she majored in Policy Analysis and Management. Sarah graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law.
