Ben Lehnardt

Ben is an associate in the firm’s corporate and venture capital group where he assists clients with a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, formation, crowdfunding and securities compliance.

Prior to joining KB&A, Ben was an associate with Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar in Salt Lake City, Utah. Ben earned his JD/MBA from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and the David Eccles School of Business. He earned undergraduate degrees in Interdisciplinary Humanities and Italian from Brigham Young University.

In his spare time, Ben enjoys travelling with his family, road biking, reading thick history books and following Formula 1.
