Keith Saylin is an associate attorney in KB&A’s Litigation Practice Group where he represents clients in a broad spectrum of civil matters. His practice includes complex commercial litigation, business disputes, trade secret protection, business torts, defamation, and white-collar defense. Keith is committed to building strong, lasting relationships with his clients, and he approaches each matter with determination, focus, and a practical mindset aimed at achieving the most effective outcomes.

Keith earned both his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah, graduating with honors in both programs. During law school, he was actively involved in several student organizations, served on the Moot Court team, and clerked for Judge Ryan Harris of the Utah Court of Appeals. Keith also gained valuable experience as a summer associate at a national law firm focused on general liability defense and then at KB&A, where he developed his litigation skills before joining the firm full time upon graduation.

Outside of the office, Keith enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons, and mastering seemingly endless DIY home improvements together. As a lifelong sports enthusiast, he enjoys healthy and active living, and is always up for a pick-up game of basketball. Despite living in Utah, Keith proudly remains an unapologetic Los Angeles Lakers fan.
