Brock Jensen

Brock Jensen is an attorney in the corporate and venture capital group at Kunzler Bean & Adamson. He represents venture capital and private equity funds making investments in private companies. He also advises emerging growth companies and venture-backed startup companies on a wide range of matters, including financing transactions, structuring, executive employment, joint ventures and mergers & acquisitions.

Prior to joining KB&A, Brock was an associate attorney at Fabian VanCott in Salt Lake City, Utah. Brock earned his law degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Finance at the University of Utah.

In his spare time, Brock enjoys traveling, playing tennis and skiing.
