Elizabeth Roberts

Liz is an attorney in the firm’s corporate and venture capital group where she assists clients with a wide range of corporate matters including debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions and other transactional matters.

Prior to joining KB&A, Liz was a partner in the Salt Lake City and Los Angeles offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Liz graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she was a senior editor for the Southern California Law Review. She graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University.
